1/3 c Granulated sugar
2 Sprigs mint
1/4 c Water
2 tb Fresh, frozen, or
1 c Diced cantaloupe
Minted Cantaloupe Sauce Preparation
canned lemon juice Combine sugar and water. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved; boil 1 min. Add cantaloupe, mint; bring to boil. Remove from heat; add lemon juice.
