Cooking Ingredients for Miracle Whip Spice Cake Recipe
3/4 c Miracle Whip®
3/4 c Sugar
2-1/2 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ground cloves
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Cinnamon
3/4 c Water; cold
2 tb Molasses
Miracle Whip Spice Cake Preparation
Combine Miracle Whip and sugar. Combine dry ingredients. Combine water and molasses. Add dry ingredients and water mixture alternately to sugar mixture. Blend well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 mins. or until tests done with a toothpick. Makes 1-8 x8 cake. NOTES : Use Miracle Whip not mayonnaise.
