6 oz Semi-sweet chocolate; cut

1/3 c Water
2 ts Instant espresso powder
5 oz Unsalted butter; softened
3 Egg yolks
2/3 c Confectioners sugar

Mocha Buttercream 2 Preparation

In heavy saucepan, combine chocolate,water, & espresso powder.Stir over low heat until chocolate is melted, then cool completely. Cream butter until light, then beat in egg yolks one at a time, & add confectioners sugar. Beat in chocolate mixture, blending thoroughly.
