Cooking Ingredients for Mocha Walnut Ice Cream Recipe
2 c Heavy or whipping cream
1 c Milk
4 ts Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tb Good quality freeze dried
-coffee
2 lg Eggs
1 c Coarsely chopped walnuts
Mocha Walnut Ice Cream Preparation
1. Mix cream, milk, sugar, cocoa, and coffee in a mixing bowl until blended. Whisks eggs in another bowl until light yellow. Pour the eggs into cream mixture and stir until blended. 2. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze following manufacturer”s instructions. 3. Add 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts after ice cream astiffens.
