Cooking Ingredients for Moist Banana Bread 2 Recipe

1/2 c Butter
1 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 ts Vanilla
1-2/3 c Flour; all purpose
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1 ds Salt
1 ts Lemon juice
3 Bananas; mashed
1/2 c Walnuts; optional
1/2 c Raisins; optional

Moist Banana Bread 2 Preparation

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Stir in mashed bananas, vanilla and lemon juice. Mix dry ingredients in smaller bowl, and stir into wet ingredients. Pour into a greased loaf pan, and bake at 350 F. NOTES : I never add the raisins, but sometimes I put in 1/2 cup of nuts. Very good without either nuts or raisins.
