1 c Flour
1/2 c Sugar
1 c Corn meal
1 c Milk
1 ts Salt
1 Egg
3 ts Baking powder
3 tb Honey
3 tb Cooking oil

Moist Johnny Cake Preparation

Sift together flour, corn meal, baking powder and salt. Beat egg, add sugar. Heat milk to lukewarm and add honey to milk. Add the beaten egg and oil, add dry ingredients, mix until smooth.
