Cooking Ingredients for Molasses Jumbles Recipe
1/4 c + 1 Tbls. shortening
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 c Molasses
3-1/2 c Flour
1 tb Soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Cold water
Molasses Jumbles Preparation
Heat oven to 375. Cream shortening & sugar thoroughly. Stir in molasses. Stir dry ingredients together. Blend into creamed mixture alternately with water. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls of dough 2-3 apart on lightly greased sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
