1 pk (3-oz) lime-flavored gelatin
1 c Hot water
3 tb Finely chopped onion
1/2 c Finely chopped cucumber;
-drained
1/3 c Finely chopped celery
3/4 c Sour cream or yogurt
1 c Small curd cottage cheese;
-undrained

Molded Cucumber Salad 2 Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water. Refrigerate until it begins to set, then stir in other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into 1-quart mold and refrigerate until set. Serves 4[-8].
