Mangos, green, cut up

1 c Raisins (or more)
1 c Walnut pieces
1 c Wine vinegar (or to taste)
2 c Brown sugar
1 ts Salt (scant)
1 ts Ginger, ground
1/2 c Onions, diced

Mom s Chutney Preparation
