Cooking Ingredients for Mom s Meatloaf Recipe

2 Eggs
3/4 c Milk
2/3 c Finely crushed saltines
1/2 c Onion, chopped
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Rubbed sage
1 ds Pepper
1-1/2 lb Lean ground beef
1 c Ketchup
1/2 c Packed brown sugar
1 ts Worcestershire sauce

Mom s Meatloaf Preparation

In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, saltines, onion, salt, sage and pepper. Add beef and mix well. Shape into an 8 1/2×4 1/2 -inch loaf in an ungreased shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients; spread 3/4 cup over meat loaf. Bake at 350° for 60-65 minutes or until no pink remains; drain. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining sauce.
