Cooking Ingredients for Mom s Meatloaf 2 Recipe
1 c Bread crumbs
3/4 c Onion; minced
1/4 ts Garlic powder
2 lb Meat; ground (I often use a
-combination of beef and
-lamb)
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
2 tb Horseradish
1 pn Salt
1/4 c Milk or water
1 tb Dry mustard
3/4 c Catsup
Mom s Meatloaf 2 Preparation
Combine all ingredients except for about 1/2 cup of the catsup. Place into a loaf pan, or shape into a loaf on a baking sheet. Spread the reserved catsup on top of the loaf. Bake at 400° F. for 40 minutes. NOTE: Unknow author says: A nice, simple meatloaf-This is the meatloaf my mother makes. Where she got the recipe, who knows?
