Cooking Ingredients for Mom s Moussaka Recipe
1-1/2 lb Ground beef
2 md Onions
Garlic clove(chopped)
6 md Potatoes
6 md Zuchini
1 lg Eggplant
1/2 kg Greenbeans
5 md Carrots
1 cn Tomatoes
Salt, pepper, oregano, basil
Mom s Moussaka Preparation
Brown meat with onions and garlic. Cut veggies into small pieces(especially potatoes). Place potatoes and carrots onthe bottom of a baking pan…then proceed to place the green beans, eggplant and zuchini. Pour can of tomatoes over the whole thing. Bake at 350 with aluminum foil on for 45 mins. Check the potatoes. Take aluminum foil off and bake for another 15 mins. If potatoes are not done after the first 45 mins, add 1/2 cup of water and continue baking with the foil on.
