Cooking Ingredients for Morning Lift-Off Recipe

3 sm Bananas
2 c Orange juice,fresh-squeezed
1/2 c Cooked oatmeal
1/4 c Grape nuts cereal*
1/4 c Firm tofu
1 tb Honey
1-1/2 ts Egg substitute or 1 egg
Plus 2 tablespoons water

Morning Lift-Off Preparation

* In place of Grape Nuts, use brown rice cereal, oats, shredded wheat, or any other favorite grain cereal. Place all ingredients in a blender and Mix on medium speed for 1 minutes.
