1/2 c White corn syrup
1/2 c Water
2 tb Butter
1/2 tb Vinegar
1/2 c Popcorn; popped
1 c Pecans; chop; toasted

Mother s White Popcorn Balls Preparation

Put sugar, corn syrup, water, butter and vinegar in a heavy saucepan. Cook to about 260~ on a candy thermometer. Pour over the popped corn and toasted pecans. Stir to coat. Butter hands, and make balls. Volume 01 Number 654 on Jan 31, 1998
