2 tb Olive oil
2 Cloves garlic – minced
2 c Fresh mushrooms – sliced
1 c Sour cream
1/2 pt Heavy cream
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts White pepper
6 oz Fettucine – (spinach)
6 oz Fettucine – (egg)
1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese

Mr Food s Straw and Hay – 7/31/95 Preparation

Cook, rinse and drain fettuccine. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and saute briefly. Add the mushrooms and saute for 4-5 minutes. Add the sour cream, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Heat through, then add the cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly. Add the Parmesan cheese and mix well. Serve immediately. Recipe By : Heart4Hom
