1/4 c Granola, low fat
1/2 c Sliced fresh fruit, (apple,

Yogurt Parfait Preparation
In a parfait or large glass mug, layer one-third of yogurt, half of granola and then half of the fruit. Repeat layers and top with remaining yogurt. Yield: one serving.
