Cooking Ingredients for Zucchini Stroganoff Recipe
1/2 lb Ground beef [turkey or lamb
-is just fine]
1/4 c Chopped onion
1/2 cn Mushroom soup
1 c Egg noodles
1 c Sliced zucchini
1/2 ts Chervil or basil
2/3 c Sour cream
Salt and pepper
Zucchini Stroganoff Preparation
Place ground meat and onion in 10 skillet. Cook until meat loses pink colour. Spread over the meat mixture, the mushroom soup, noodles, zucchini and seasonings. Simmer covered until noodles are done.
