Cooking Ingredients for Zucchini Supreme Recipe
6 c Zucchini, cubed
1 lg Onion, chopped
1 pk Stove Top Stuffing Mix
-(chicken flavor)
1 Stick butter or margarine,
-melted
1 c Sour cream
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
8 oz New York white sharp cheddar
-cheese, shredded
Zucchini Supreme Preparation
Boil zucchini and onion in salted water 10 minutes or until done. Drain and set aside. Toss stuffing crumbs and seasoning packet with melted butter or margarine. Put 1/2 in bottom of 9×13-inch baking pan. Mix together sour cream, cream of chicken soup and cheddar cheese. Add zucchini and mix well. Spoon over stuffing mixture in pan.
