Cooking Ingredients for Muddy Buddies 2 Recipe

9 c Rice chex
1 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c Peanut butter
1/4 c Butter or margarine (not low
-fat!)
1 ts Vanilla
1-1/2 c Powdered sugar

Muddy Buddies 2 Preparation

Put chex in a large bowl. In a pan, melt chips, peanut butter and butter until smooth. Stir often. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pout chocolate mixture over chex and stir until all pieces are evenly coated. Pour chex into a large baggie that has the powdered sugar in it and shake until all pieces are coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. Makes 9 cups. NOTE: May be microwaved: Melt on high for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes until smooth. Stir after 1 minute. Then stir in vanilla and proceed as above.
