Cooking Ingredients for Muffelatta Recipe
1 lg Round loaf of Italian bread
Mayonnaise
4 sl Ham; (up to 5)
4 sl Salami; (up to 5)
4 sl Bologna; (up to 5)
4 sl Provolone cheese; (up to 5)
Antipasto Salad
Muffelatta Preparation
Slice bread in half crosswise (to make a big bun). Cover bottom bun with mayonnaise, then arrange ham to cover. Layer salami, bologna, and provolone, then finish with a layer of Antipasto Salad and the top of the bread. Bake at 325 for 10-15 minutes, or until the sandwich is hot all the way through.
