Cooking Ingredients for Muffin Mix Recipe

8 c Unbleached All-purpose Flour
1/3 c Baking Powder
1 c Vegetable Shortening
2/3 c Sugar
1 tb Salt

Muffin Mix Preparation

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. With a pastry blender, cut shortening into dry ingredients until evenly destributed. Put in a large airtight container.
