250 g Dried tagliatelle; (8oz)
2 tb Olive oil
25 g Butter; (1oz)
1 lg Onion; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; crushed
1 454 gram pac mixed
-mushrooms; washed and
-sliced
; (1lb)
1-1/2 tb Freshly chopped tarragon
Salt and freshly ground
-black pepper
Mushroom And Tarragon Tagliatelle Preparation
1. Cook the tagliatelle following instructions on the pack, draining when cooked. 2. Meanwhile, heat the oil and butter in a frying pan until the butter has melted, add the onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until softened. 3. Add the garlic and mushrooms and cook for a further 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the tarragon and seasoning and cook for a further minute. 4. Add the cooked drained tagliatelle to the mushrooms, mix well. 5. Serve immediately garnished with a sprig of fresh tarragon. Converted by MC_Buster. NOTES : For a speedy supper try this recipe.
