Cooking Ingredients for Mushroom Bhajee Recipe

1 lb Button mushrooms – cleaned;

2 Spring onions – trimmed and

1 ts Schwartz Sesame Seeds –

1/4 ts Salt

Mushroom Bhajee Preparation

Heat the ghee or butter in a frying pan, add the Curry Powder and garlic and cook gently for 1 minute. Stir in the water. Add all the remaining ingredients and cook over a moderate heat, stirring continuously, for 1 -2 minutes, or until the mushrooms are just tender. Do not allow to overcook. Converted by MC_Buster.
