1/4 c White vinegar
1-1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Prepared mustard
1/4 ts Pepper
2 tb Sugar
1/4 ts Cayenne (red) pepper
2 tb Butter
1/2 c Catsup
2 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Liquid smoke

Barbecue Sauce for Fish Preparation
