Cooking Ingredients for Mushroom Quicke Squares Recipe

3-1/4 oz Cremini mushrooms; chop,
-saute, drain
3-1/4 oz Haeluva Good
-Cheddar-Monterey Jack;
-shredded
1/4 Dozen eggs
3/4 c Milk
2-3/8 tb Flour
1/4 Stick butter; melted
1-5/8 Pinches garlic; minced
Salt and pepper

Mushroom Quicke Squares Preparation

Blend all ingredients except butter until smooth. Pour enough of the butter into a large baking pan to heavily coat-add remaing to batter. Pour batter into pans. Bake at 350oF until puffy, 24 to 45 minutes. Recipe by: Standing Stone Vineyards by Nesb2@aol.com on Feb 26, 1998
