Cooking Ingredients for Mushroom Topped Pork Chops Recipe

2/3 Pork chops
1 tb Margarine
1 ~~~~~~~topping~~~~~~~~~
1 c Finely choppped mushrooms
1 tb Margarine
1/2 c Onion, finely chopped
1 Egg
1 ts Salt
1 Black pepper
3 tb Cheddar, grated

Mushroom Topped Pork Chops Preparation

Brown chops. Place in ovenproof dish. Saute mushrooms in margarine. Cool. Mix together everything but cheese. Place on top of pork chops. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
