Cooking Ingredients for Mushrooms in Sauce Recipe

1/2 c Chopped mushrooms
4 tb Butter
1-1/2 c Hot beef broth
1/2 c Chopped onions
1/2 c Sweet wine; (sangria)
2 ts Flour
To taste salt
To taste pepper
To taste paprika

Mushrooms in Sauce Preparation

Saute mushrooms and onions in butter. Add broth and wine and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Mix flour with some of the above to remove lumps. Add to sauce and season to taste. Simmer slowly for a while for flavors to meld. Volume 01 Number 545 on Jan 17, 1998
