1 Prebaked pizza crust
3 Italian plum tomatoes;

1 c Monterey jack cheese;

Barbecued Chicken Pizza 2 Preparation
Heat oven to 450F. In small bowl, combine chicken and barbecue sauce; mix well. Place bread shell on ungreased cookie sheet; spread chicken mixture over shell. Arrange tomatoes over chicken; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and shell is browned. Sprinkle with cilantro. on Feb 05, 1998
