2 c First clear flour
2 tb Vital wheat gluten
2 tb Sugar
1-1/4 c White rye flour
1/2 c Sour cream
2 ts Caraway seeds
1-1/2 ts Salt
1 c Water
3 tb Water
Nelson s Choice Rye Bread Preparation
All ingredients must be at room temperature before starting. Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select White Bread . Press Start . Check the condition of the dough ball after 10 minutes and add additional water as may be required (the dough ball should be rough and dry).
