Cooking Ingredients for New Zealand Squares Recipe

1/4 c Light margarine
1/2 c Sugar
1 tb Cocoa
1 Egg
1/2 lb Graham cracker crumbs
1 ts Vanilla
3/4 c Raisins, soaked and drained

New Zealand Squares Preparation

Melt together first 3 ingredients until bubbly, then removing from heat add egg and beat well. Add rest of ingredients and mix. Pack into a greased 8×8 cake pan. Cover with chocolate icing and refrigerate.
