1 pk 3 ounce vacuum-packed wafer
-sliced beef, finely chopped
1 pk 8 ounce cream cheese (at
-room temperature)
2 tb Prepared horseradish
1 ts Worcestershire sauce

Nippy Beef Spread Preparation

Combine ingredients for spread. Serve with wafer canapes. Makes 1 1/2 cups Spread. Note Spread can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for 1 week, or it can be frozen.
