She calls them No Bake Chocolate Cookies Combine butter, sugar, cocoa and milk and boil exactly two minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK! Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla. Then add peanut butter and oats. Quickly mix and drop by teaspoon on waxed paper. Wait one hour before removing to cookie jar. EAT-L DIGEST 22 JUNE 1996 From the EAT-L recipe list.
