Cooking Ingredients for No Gluten Bread Recipe

2 c Soy flour, defatted
1 c Cornmeal
1 c Brown rice flour
3 ts Baking powder
1/4 c Honey
2 tb Applesauce
2-1/2 c Water

No Gluten Bread Preparation

Mix flours and baking powder in largebowl. Add honey, applesauce, and water. Mix well. (Should be like a cake batter, add a little more water if necessary.) Pour batter into lightly oiled or non-stick 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 275 degrees until well browned.
