Cooking Ingredients for Noodle, Cheese and Veggie Casserole Recipe

8 oz Egg Noodles, medium wide
1 tb Salt
3 qt Water, boiling
8 oz Yogurt, plain
8 oz Cottage cheese, creamed
10 oz Green beans, frozen
1/2 c Onion, minced
1 c Cheddar cheese, shredded

Noodle, Cheese and Veggie Casserole Preparation

Preheat oven to 400F. Gradually add noodles and salt to rapidly boiling water so that water continues to boil. Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until tender; drain in colander. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt and cottage cheese. In a 2-quart round baking dish, combine noodles, yogurt mixture, beans and onion. Top with Cheddar cheese.
