6 c Vinegar
9 c Sugar
3 c Water
3 ts Celery seed
3 ts Cloves
2 ts Ginger
2 ts Cinnamon
2 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Nutmeg
Peaches or pears

Nora Bass Pickled Peaches Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except peaches, and heat to boiling. Peel fruit and leave whole or cut as desired. Pour boiling mixture over fruit and let stand overnight. Pack in sterile jars and seal while hot. NOTE: Get a book on canning if unsure about sealing or processing.
