Cooking Ingredients for North-Of-The-Border Pozole Recipe

4 Pork steaks
Salt and pepper
14-1/2 oz Can hominy; drained
1 sm Onino; chopped
4 oz Can diced green chili
-peppers, drained
1 ts Chili powder

North-Of-The-Border Pozole Preparation

Trim fat off pork steaks; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine hominy with onion, chili peppers, and chili powder in bottom of slow-cooking pot. Arrange pork steaks over hominy.
