Cooking Ingredients for Norwegian Wreaths Recipe

2 Eggs
1/2 c Butter
1 c Chopped Raisins
1 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Ginger
1 c Sugar
4 tb Sweet Cream
1 ts Soda
1 ts Cinnamon
3-1/2 c Flour
1 Egg White, Well Beaten
4 tb Sugar
5 tb Shredded Almonds
1 tb Cream
1 tb Cinnamon

Norwegian Wreaths Preparation

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and cream, beating well. Add flour sifted with soda and spices. Add vanilla and raisins. Chill the dough. Roll small pieces of dough to form wreaths. Spread mixture of: 1 egg white 4 tbsp sugar 5 tbsp almonds 1 tbsp cream 1 tbsp cinnamon over the top of the cookies. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
