Cooking Ingredients for Barley Bread Recipe

-Small Loaf-
3/4 c Vegetable broth; or water
1 tb Canola oil
1 lg Egg
1-1/2 c All-purpose flour;
-unbleached
3/4 c Barley flour
1/4 c Millet flour
1 tb Dark brown sugar; packed
3/4 ts Salt
2 ts Vital wheat gluten
1-1/2 ts Active dry yeast
-Large Loaf-
1-1/2 c Vegetable broth; or water
4 ts Canola oil
2 lg Eggs
3 c All-purpose flour;
-unbleached
1-1/4 c Barley flour
1/2 c Millet flour
2 tb Dark brown sugar; packed
1-1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Vital wheat gluten
2 ts Active dry yeast

Barley Bread Preparation

Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet.
