1 tb Ground bay leaves
2-1/2 ts Celery salt
1-1/2 ts Dry mustard
1-1/2 ts Black pepper
3/4 ts Ground nutmeg
1/2 ts Ground cloves
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/2 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Red pepper
1/4 ts Ground mace; (optional)
1/4 ts Ground cardamom; (optional)

Old Bay Seasoning 2 Preparation

Combine all ingredients: store in an airtight container. It”s great also to season the flour for fried chicken, and on french fries! Added September 17, 1998.
