Cooking Ingredients for Tidbit Cookies Recipe

3 1oz squares unsweetened
-baking chocolate
2 tb Butter
1 Egg
1 c Powdered sugar
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Pecan pieces
10 oz Miniature marshmallows
Shredded coconut

Tidbit Cookies Preparation

Melt butter and chocolate together. In a large bowl, beat egg and powdered sugar until well blended. Add vanilla and pecans. Add chocolate mixture and marshmallows and stir to combine all ingredients evenly. Form into logs on waxed paper sprinkled with coconut, and coat all sides of the logs with coconut.
