375 g Mixed fruit
1 Egg
1 c Warm black tea
1 c Brown sugar; firmly packed
2 c S.r. flour

Barmbrack Preparation

From: ynnuf@yetti.amigans.gen.nz (Doreen Randal) Date: Tue, 23 Nov 93 16:27:19 PST Place mixed fruit in the warm tea with the sugar, stir until dissolved. Let cool. Add the well beaten egg to the cooled mixture, then fold in the sifted flour, mix well. Place mixture into greased and lined 9 x5 loaf tin.
