2-1/2 c Cooked, mashed
– sweet potatoes
4 tb Butter; soft
1/2 c Firmly packed
– light brown sugar
Pinch of salt
1/3 c Jack Daniel s whiskey
Pecan halves
– or marshmallow for topping
Tipsy Sweet Potatoes Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients except topping. Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole. Top with pecan halves or marshmallows. Bake 20 minutes, until bubbly.
