1 c Chopped cooked ham
1/2 c Shredded american cheese
3 tb Mayonnaise
2 tb Butter; melted
1 tb Prepared mustard
1 ts Cream-style horseradish
25 Toast; (2-inch) rounds
25 Pickle slices

Toasted Ham Canapes Preparation

Combine ham, cheese, mayonnaise, butter, mustard and horseradish. Spread on toast rounds. Top each with pickle slice. Broil until hot Notes: This cookbook was acquired at a junk sale.
