Cooking Ingredients for Basic Baking Mix Recipe

2-3/4 c Flour
1/2 c Powdered milk
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Baking powder
1 ts Salt
6 tb Shortening

Basic Baking Mix Preparation

Combine all ingredients in food processor. Store in refrigerator until ready to use. From a collection of my mother”s (Judy Hosey) recipe box which contained lots of her favorite recipes, clippings, etc.
