Cooking Ingredients for Tofu Chive Sour Cream Recipe
1/2 lb Soft tofu
1/4 lb Firm tofu
1/2 Lemon; juice of
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 ts Vinegar; (to 1 1/2 tsp)
Salt to taste
Minced chives to taste
Tofu Chive Sour Cream Preparation
In a food processor, puree tofu until smooth and creamy. With motor running, drizzle in lemon juice and oil, a little at a time. Stir in vinegar, salt, and chives.
