Cooking Ingredients for Tofu-Fruit Pudding Recipe
1/2 lb Firm tofu
3 tb Honey
1 c Frozen fruit;such as raspber
;strawberries or blueberries
Tofu-Fruit Pudding Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor with a metal blade. Process until smooth and creamy. Chill for at least an hour. Serves 4.
