Cooking Ingredients for Tomato Bacon Pomodoro Sauce for Pasta Recipe
1 tb Olive oil
1/2 lb Bacon; finely diced
1/2 md Onion; diced
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 cn (14.5 oz) crushed tomatoes
5 tb Tomato paste
2/3 c Chicken broth
1/4 ts Basil
1/4 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Dried parsley
Tomato Bacon Pomodoro Sauce for Pasta Preparation
Place oil and bacon in pan. Cook bacon until brown. Add onion and garlic and cook until soft. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
