Cooking Ingredients for Tomato Bisque Recipe

2 oz Tomato Crystals
2 oz Chicken Bouillon Granules,
Or
5 Chicken Bouillon Cube
1/2 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Basil
1 ts Freeze-Dried Chives
1 tb Dried Parsley
1 c Dry Skim Milk, Or
3/4 c Dry Whole Milk
6 c Water

Tomato Bisque Preparation

1. Put all ingredients except dry milk into pot, add 5 cups cold water, and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer. 2. Add 1 cup water to dry milk powder and make a smooth cream. Add to simmering soup, cover, and cook 5-10 minutes. Make dumplings to go with this soup. Makes 6-7 cups, not including dumplings.
