1/4 lb Smoked mackerel or other
-smoked fish
1 pk (3 ounces) cream cheese
2 ts Lemon juice
2 ts Grated onion
1/4 ts Salt
30 sm Cherry tomatoes
Salad greens
Tomato Teasers Preparation
Recipe By : Ted Dahlen Smoke Seafood Remove skin and bones from fish. Flake the fish. Cream the cheese and seasonings. Add fish and mix thoroughly. Slice stem ends off the tomatoes.
