Cooking Ingredients for Tortillas Snacks Recipe

8 Flour tortillas – fresh
2 tb Margarine – melted
1 ts Chili powder
2 ts Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt – to taste

Tortillas Snacks Preparation

1. Brush tortillas with melted margarine. Sprinkle four of the tortillas with chili powder and stack. Sprinkle the other 4 with the Parmesan cheese and stack. Cut each stack into 4 wedges. 2. Spread the wedges on a large ungreased baking sheet, using 2 sheets if necessary. 3. Place in preheated 350-degree oven for about 8-10 minutes. Turn 1-2 times. Watch carefully to prevent overcooking. Remove tortillas and place in a serving basket. Serve immediately. Recipe By : Jo Anne Merrill
